Trusted teacher: I can assist you. The first bipolar episode is the most difficult. It hits you blindly with ignorance. No-one is prepared enough for this experiential. All those involved with the initial onslaught of a bipolar episode, are the Patient + Family + Friends + Work colleagues. You will need the quick action and immediate guidance of an objective communicator. This is where I step in. Bipolar is a complex form of a disorder that is commonly misunderstood. Many people identify with some of the symptoms. Some people are properly diagnosed by a mental health professional. Some are diagnosed by family and friends that usually mean well. Lots of people slip through the cracks because they probably have a wonderful support system that loves and accepts them as they are. There are also those who know that they are bipolar but never get caught. Being a nonfactual science, one can only imagine the array of variables within the multitude of hypotheses required to diagnose and administer the right medication to bipolar patients. Let me help you manage this web of what often appears as disastrous mania event. Why is it complex? A bipolar high is euphoric. No “patient” wants the medication to dull these sensations. So people who are properly diagnosed, and are on the correct medication, with the correct dosage will often NOT want to continue taking their medication once they have been stabilized. It takes a strong will to accept the numbness required to live a ‘normal’ life. Reach out when you need a hand. There isn’t enough information, on the right platforms to provide tailor made assistance for that first Bipolar episode. You dont have to do it alone.
