Mastering Bioinformatics: From Sequence to Structural Biology, Cheminformatics & Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD)Translate this text using Google Translate.

I am a Bioinformatics Ph.D. expert with 20 years of experience.I can provide practical, hands-on guidance across multiple advanced computational disciplines. The curriculum bridges the gap between biology, chemistry, and digital immunology to teach advanced sequence analysis, DNA-protein motif location, domain analysis, phylogenetic tree prediction, and genome sequence analysis. Students will master structural biology techniques, including 3D protein modeling, visualization, binding cavity analysis, 3D peptide modeling, and structural comparisons. My teaching also delivers deep insights into chemical database analysis, 2D to 3D structure conversion, molecular property calculation, bioactivity prediction, and the core principles of Computer-Aided Drug Designing and Development (CADD) using QSAR modeling, pharmacokinetics, ADMET profiling, and in silico toxicity prediction. Finally, students can apply these skills to oncology and immunology by conducting mutation studies on cancer genes, analyzing mutational effects, and performing advanced molecular, peptide-peptide, and drug-peptide docking simulations to evaluate therapeutic efficacy and resistance.

Biology PhD with research experience teaches Biology in English or Russian to international studentsTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hello! My name is Evgenia, and I am a biologist, researcher and experienced teacher with a strong academic background. I have been passionate about Biology since the age of 14 and graduated from a specialised Biology class before studying Biology at university. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biology and am currently completing my PhD in Biology. I am also the author of seven scientific publications and have extensive research experience in genetics, evolution, zoology and animal biology. Alongside my research, I have many years of teaching experience. I have taught Biology and Zoology in specialised school programmes, worked as a lecturer at an educational centre preparing students for Biology exams and the International Biology Olympiad, and participated in university and public science education programmes. I have also provided individual tutoring, working with students of different ages and levels and adapting lessons to their individual needs. For me, Biology is much more than a school subject. I love science as a way of thinking: asking questions, understanding how processes work, finding connections and using knowledge to solve problems. This is also the approach I bring to my teaching. I aim to make complex scientific concepts clear and understandable without oversimplifying the science. Rather than relying on memorisation, I help students understand the principles behind biological processes and learn how to reason through unfamiliar problems. I also believe that a good connection between the teacher and student is essential. I always take the student's interests, goals and existing knowledge into account, and I often begin with topics that genuinely interest them. This helps create a comfortable learning environment and makes studying more engaging and enjoyable. My lessons are suitable for school students, including those preparing for exams and Biology Olympiads, as well as university students who need support with Biology and related subjects. I can teach in both English and Russian.
