Discover the joy of playing the piano and expressing yourself through music. Whether you dream of playing beautiful classical pieces, accompanying songs, improvising, or simply relaxing at the keyboard after a long day, piano is a wonderful instrument that offers endless creative possibilities. My lessons are focused not only on technique and musical understanding, but also on developing your own musical voice. Making music should feel inspiring, personal, and enjoyable. I believe that learning piano works best in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere where curiosity, creativity, and self-expression can grow naturally. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some experience, I adapt each lesson to your level, interests, and goals. Together we work step by step on rhythm, musicality, listening skills, posture, and confidence at the piano — always at your own pace. Hello everyone, My name is Anaïs and I am a final year master's student in classical piano at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. Since childhood, I have been immersed in the world of classical music, which has always had a profound impact on me. I have been fortunate to benefit from the teaching of high-quality private teachers, alongside my training in music theory, which has allowed me to participate in numerous concerts in Belgium and abroad. Even today, I continue my training with internationally renowned teachers during masterclasses, while enriching my experience through competitions and concerts. After 17 years of playing the piano, my passion remains intact and I would be delighted to share it with you. My specialty remains classical music, the field in which I feel most comfortable and where I can passionately share my knowledge with you. However, having studied harmony and harmonic writing during my piano studies, I can also accompany you in your own creations or improvisations. Trained primarily in the Russian method, I place great importance on technical solidity and sound quality. My teaching is based on learning to play smoothly and relaxed, so that technique becomes a support and not a hindrance. My goal is to allow you to express yourself fully and freely through your music.

Depending on the personal goal of the student, we will learn/refine/explore the following topics: - Fundamental techniques of playing piano - How to read and play chords - How to play an improvised solo - How to change the underlying harmonies of a song to make it sound cooler (or weirder!) - Understanding how the musical elements are glued in a song, and if you dare, how to write one yourself - How to learn music or play music by ear - Exploring piano-looking-like instruments such as electric keyboards and subtractive synthesizers Languages: English (fluent), German (B1 and improving), Korean (native)
