As a final year Bachelor of Engineering student at EPFL, I offer private lessons or support, or homework help adapted to the level and needs of each student. I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, French, and English, primarily at the beginner to intermediate level, from elementary school to high school. Lessons can focus on understanding concepts, preparing for assessments, solving exercises, or simply regaining confidence in the subject. I also offer support in Analysis I for higher education students, particularly to review theoretical concepts, understand methods and practice exercises. My goal is to make concepts more accessible by adapting to each student's pace and prioritizing real understanding over rote learning.

I provide support at compulsory and post-compulsory school level (except German). If your child is not comfortable with a subject, I adapt to his way of working as well as to the method that best suits him for learning. Of course while remaining as efficient as possible! Looking forward to meeting you again :) PS: I can also be available on Saturdays and Sundays on request

Hi, my name is Valon, I'm 26 years old and I just finished my master's degree in mathematical engineering at EPFL. Later, I would like to direct my career towards teaching and that is why I like to give support lessons while waiting. I am a versatile person who knows how to adapt well to the person I am helping. I am very attentive and know how to quickly put people in trust to have an effective work environment. I have been giving support classes at all levels (compulsory school, gymnasium, apprenticeship, bachelor and master) for 12 years now and have been able to help around 50 people. I am specialized in mathematical modeling, have a very good level in Physics and a good level in Chemistry. People have always given me very good feedback following my work and described me as structured, knowing how to explain things and with an ease in building trust.

I am in third year at EPFL and I study in the mechanical engineering section. I am ready to give math and science lessons to motivated students for their success. I already have experience in the field of learning because I am already a student assistant for several courses at EPFL (mathematics and physics). I can travel to all of Lausanne to come and help you. I can adapt to all kinds of learning. I want to see how we can, with the student, do everything possible for his success. We will start by determining what the difficulties are and then practice and make sure that they can be overcome in the most effective way possible. I could give additional exercises but we will especially look at what are the exercises which are asked during the questions and controls to prepare for them in the best possible way.

Mathematics is a very complicated subject when you don't know how to approach it, it is easy to get lost in all those numbers, formulas and other letters that can be found on our copies. I am a future student of the HEP in Lausanne, having a master's degree in statistics and having done EPFL offers to give Mathematics courses at all levels to those who need it. I try to make the student progress as well as possible with personalized support that corresponds to him / her.

I am Mavi, a physics engineer working at an aerospace company. I have been teaching private lessons at the primary, secondary, high school, and university preparatory levels for 11 years. I teach mathematics, physics, chemistry, and science. I have a good command of the curricula of IB, IGCSE, American, Hong Kong, and international schools. Additionally, I hold the position of president at the Astronomy Society, where I foster my students' interest in astronomy and science beyond the lessons. I prepare the learning environment by incorporating experiments and exploration, moving away from rote education. I often bring experimental materials to class, aiming to make learning memorable through hands-on experiments. As an educational mentor, I approach my students as if they were my siblings, valuing creativity. I have a deep passion for mathematics, physics, and science. I am dedicated to helping students understand and learn because life encompasses both SCIENCE and ART. The more people I can inspire to know, understand, and love mathematics, physics, and chemistry, the more proud I am. Are you curious about how nature works? Let's explore together!
