This class will teach you the basics of handling the ball, shooting the ball and being in an in game scenario. My goal is to improve the basketball scene in the UK and there is no better way to do so than training the younger generation. We will train in a safe environment in a local park at a basketball court. There are hoops there and I have spare basketballs so don't worry if you don't have your own.

I am a professional coach from Melbourne, Australia who specialises in 1 on 1 on technical basketball coaching. What we will work on: - Shooting Form - Game Mentality - Game-Speed Drills and Moves Typically we will go through a warm-up, dribbling, finishing then get into form shooting. This is the bulk of the lesson, we will work on current form and education as to why we may want to change certain mechanics.
