Summer courses Intensive tailor-made 1-to-1 or small group intensive courses (10 or 15 hours a week) for adults and children. Groups are limited to 3 participants. Conversation Groups During the once weekly meetings you will practice your speaking and listening skills by participating in discussions about articles, TED talks, short stories, or subjects of interest to you and the group. No, we are not related 😉, but just as Haarlem in the Netherlands is known for its ABN pronunciation, Florentine Italian is considered the standard language. I proudly convey this authentic Italian in my lessons. Professional experience I am currently a teacher of Italian at the Volksuniversiteit Delft, after having previously taught for four years at the Volksuniversiteit Rotterdam. In addition to my work as a teacher, I am also a professional singer of traditional Italian folk songs. I like to integrate this passion into my lessons, because music is a powerful tool for learning a language. I had my first Italian lesson with Davide on 24/9/21. My first impression was very good because he does a very good assessment before he starts of your level and of your goals and based on that he adopts his learning approach perfectly yo your needs. I give Davide a 5 rating after one lesson and would be very surprised if my view of him will change. On top of his ability as a teacher, he is a very nice and modest person. He knows how to drive a conversation and seems have a lot of patience! Looking forward to the next lesson!
