I can teach English and Spanish to students aged 7 to adulthood. I use powerpoints via screensharing and other documents to assist in the classes. Speaking, writing, reading, comprehension, spelling and grammar can be covered. Generally, 2 of these areas are covered per hour to allow students to practise skills in depth. I have a Bachelors in English Language with minors in Spanish at a 2:1 level. Following this I completed a Certificate of Education in High School English Teaching. I have been teaching high school students for three years . As I recently completed a BPS accredited MSc in Psychology, I am aware of signs of neuro-divergent conditions and instructional methods that can be adapted to suit your child's learning style. I have over 5 years experience teaching English as a Second Language and have published research in Second Language Acquisition. This means I have good knowledge of methods that will work well for you or your child and I am meticulous in the way I address learning concerns and provide feedback. Regardless of age or ability, I strive to provide a high standard of teaching.
