I am a Math/Science teacher with 8 years of experience, having taught in secondary schools and universities. Here follows my teaching experience: 2013-2019: Math/Science teacher at the American School of Recife. -> I have taught the following courses: Pre-algebra, Algebra 2, Precalculus, Physics, A.P. Physics, Physical Science and Earth Science. -> I was a Science Coordinator during the 2017-2018 school year. I was in charge of vertically aligning the Science curriculum. -> I started a Math Olympics club at the school. I was the club’s coach for two years: 2017-2019. 2014-2016: Assistant Professor at Universidade de Pernambuco: -> In charge of lecturing the following subjects: Electromagnetism, Electrical Properties of Materials. Classes were taught with a focus on Engineering. 2012-2014: English as a Second Language teacher at Senac Recife: -> Tutor in conversational and advanced levels. 2011-2012: Substitute Professor at Universidade de Brasília: -> In charge of lecturing introductory courses in Physics for Engineers.
