I am a research doctor in Neuroscience and have extensive experience in teaching Italian and French. I have been giving private lessons in Italian, English, Latin and French for several years. I have been an Italian teacher in several Parisian high schools (e.g. Lycée Janson de Sailly, Lycée Duruy, Lycée Claude Monet) and I am used to following and preparing students for the BAC exams and language certification exams. I am comfortable with all types of students: children, schoolchildren and adults. I can also give specific courses (e.g. learning Italian for professional reasons, exclusive development of oral or written skills, etc.). I base my lessons on interaction with students and their needs come first. The methodology I use aims to make the learner passionate about what they are learning, to put them at ease, while avoiding as much as possible situations of linguistic embarrassment, caused for example by a feeling of incompetence. The choice of topics to be covered can be discussed and defined together, as well as the "modernity" of the material to be used during the lessons.
