Hello, my name’s Ed! I’m originally from Oxford in the UK, but I currently live in Madrid, Spain. I have been working in the ELT industry since 2014, and have enjoyed experiences as an in-company and online business English teacher, teacher-trainer, materials creator and course designer. As a teacher, I believe in three core tenets: 1. Linguistic and pedagogical expertise 2. Student-centredness 3. Consistent and constructive feedback With these core principles in mind, I strive to make my classes engaging, useful and memorable, where learners always gain a reason to remember and retain language, and to return for more. I am passionate about personal and professional development, and I relish observing progression in my learners. Outside of teaching, I enjoy football, music and travel - let's talk more in class!
