-Professional experience : RQTH worker. Since May 2023, I have been working as a language facilitator in English and Spanish with a group of cycle 2 students until the middle of cycle 3 (CM2 equivalent in France). We study English and Spanish with different themes (numbers, colors, interactive educational games etc. and many other things). I have created workshops where students can also learn while having fun and I award points to motivate them! I give them written and oral application exercises on the concepts seen. I have also been a homework help facilitator since March 2022 (subjects: English, Spanish, French). -Quality : It's a very interesting job because I'm altruistic and I like to pass on this knowledge. I speak only in English during my lessons and from time to time I explain in French. -Teaching methods/course development/content: I prepare my lessons in advance and it is always a linguistic and personal enrichment. I cover all types of profiles: mainly visual and auditory. I can offer targeted exercises on notions by sharing knowledge with Zoom, for example. (several resources, pwp slides and other files possible). Very good websites also offer relevant and enriching content. - Issues : I prefer that the questions be asked at the end of the lesson if they are not directly related to the subjects covered during the lesson.
