At level A1 you will be able to understand and use familiar everyday expressions, you will be able to introduce yourself and others and you will be able to ask and answer questions about personal details such as where you live, the people you know and the things you have. You can interact simply as long as the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is willing to help. At level A2 you are able to understand frequently used phrases and expressions related to areas of more immediate relevance (for example, very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate on simple, routine tasks that require a simple, direct exchange of information about familiar and routine matters. You can describe in simple terms aspects of your background, immediate environment, and issues in areas of immediate need.
