My classes are designed to suit each student, regardless of their level: beginner, intermediate or advanced. I combine kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing, and cardio techniques into dynamic, effective, and progressive workouts. Technical work and pad exercises are central to my training to improve precision, coordination, and responsiveness. I place great importance on posture, breathing, endurance, and mental discipline. Each session is tailored to your goals: weight loss, fitness, physical preparation, or combat performance.
