My philosophy in teaching is like an opportunity to inspire and empower. As a teacher, my goal is to enhance student learning as a transformative experience. Ideally, I want students to feel personally changed by their participation in a course I teach. Teaching is a learning experience. I am learning to be flexible in my methodology and approach, to deal with unusual students and learning strategies, and to communicate better each time I teach. I learn that every student has a story. I learn to turn my devotion and dedication into a fun activity for learners. I learn from a nod of understanding and gain happiness from smiling at a joke. I receive as much as I give. I learn every day that teaching is a learning experience.
