Strength and Conditioning coach who specialises in back pain management and reduction. I have a degree in sports science and coaching with a post grad in strength and conditioning. Since 2018 I have helped many people with their goals of overcoming their back pain both in person and online. Sessions are delivered on a 4 week basis with the inclusion of weekly coaching calls. You may have as many as you require but I usually find 1-2 per week is enough. During the sessions we discuss your problem, your goals, your strategy to reaching those goals, your progress each week and any areas that need critique.
