I offer you an ONLINE class plan that adapts to any schedule: Monday Friday - Conversation class (45 min) / 2 x week - Exercise session (30 min) / 2 x week The exercise sessions are autonomous, you can choose the time of day that best suits you and you will always receive by email the corrected exercises with additional information. We will review the achievement of goals monthly.
