English has always been a passion for me rather than an obligation. Besides attending English language schools from a very young age, what I enjoyed most was watching movies in English, translating texts, and expanding my vocabulary. My father was an art dealer, and we traveled a lot throughout the United States, so I had the opportunity to practice the language by speaking with very different people and learning native expressions. I've been teaching for 10 years, and I always focus on helping students overcome their fear of speaking, gain self-confidence, and hone their conversation skills. We also work a lot on listening sessions with videos and audiovisual support so you can improve your oral comprehension and understand when others speak to you in English. Obviously, I also work on grammar, since it's important, but from my point of view, a language is meant to be put into practice, so that's where my focus lies.
