I am a biologist student in my home town, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I have been teaching Spanish to people coming from all over the world to live in Santo Domingo. In a world that is increasingly more globalized, to be able to speak a second language is an invaluable tool. Learning how to speak Spanish will widen your professional, social and academic horizons. I started to do this 4 years ago with family friends and discovered how much I enjoy it. It is of great satisfaction to see the improvement of my students, not only on their Spanish skills, but their confidence level. I am also a gymnast and a Springboard diver in my college.
