Preparing for an oral is not easy, and age is not a criterion of maturity. Presenting yourself during a job interview or by telephone, speaking in front of a specialized audience, or making a presentation in front of classmates are things that need to be worked on. This is what I suggest you do in the context of my courses, via a personalized pedagogy. Being prepared also means managing your stress, I can offer you some exercises at the end of the session to help you understand this. Classes can be given remotely or face-to-face depending on everyone's availability. The first course will allow us to define the need together and find the best ways to meet it. Graduated from a double course in sociology and communication and trainer by profession, I wish to make available my knowledge and my few experiences to help you progress without stressing you.
