Excel Basics At the beginner level, participants get familiar with the Excel interface, managing workbooks and worksheets, as well as the fundamentals of data entry and formatting. They learn how to perform calculations in cells, use basic functions (SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX), and understand the difference between relative and absolute references. In addition, they practice sorting and filtering data, creating simple charts, and adjusting print and PDF export settings. Excel Advanced At the advanced level, the focus is on more complex functions (IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH, date and text functions), as well as structured tables, conditional formatting, and data validation. Participants learn how to create and customize pivot tables and pivot charts, explore advanced visualization tools, and use macros for basic automation. The training also covers importing and cleaning data, an introduction to Power Query, and is complemented with tips, shortcuts, and named ranges to make work not only more accurate but also more efficient.
