Knowing your subject is a basic trait of anybody who wants to teach. But a tutor becomes a teacher when one knows how to integrate the subject with differentiated pedagogy that suits the learner to understand the subject in an effective way. I started tutoring when I was in pursuing college as I was passionate about my subjects. But that was until I started working with a professional organization I realized the importance of the traits of a teacher. So with my personal research, I formulated different styles of teaching suitable for different types of learners. It is interesting to know that all the learners have different learning styles but the subject remains the same. So what is easy for one might be tricky for others and seems impossible for another. Here lies my expertise. I frame my teaching plan and subject content according to the learner which results in a high understanding of the subject. Also, there is no fun in learning science if it is not practically oriented. So I try to include as many practical implications and experiments as possible. Even in the online sessions, I try to do practicals that can be easily done from a remote location. Even I use multimedia to facilitate the learners for better understanding of the subject.
