Art Therapy is a mental health service to support individuals seeking a safe space to process their emotions and stressors/trauma. You may use art materials to develop coping tools to build emotional regulation and creative expression and self-esteem. No necessary artistic skills are required. It is not mandatory to use art materials. Art therapy is another form of psychotherapy which focuses psychodynamic and gestalt approaches. I provide my service for individual and group art therapy and this can be conducted online or in-person. We can work towards your goals on sleeping issues, anger management, anxiety, stress, depression/low mood, life transition, ADHD/Autism, and more.
