I believe in a teaching environment that is conducive to and for adults, teenagers and children. Not just following prescribed methods, but to also tap into rapport or to add a personalized touch to teaching. Which is unorthodox in it's purest form; as I am convicted to classrooms that fit the individual not just the group. I feel that humour and free speech are the bases of a relaxed, teaching environment. Only within such an environment can students reach their full potential.
