Hello, it is Zeynep here! I am a mathematician by education. I hold a doctoral degree in mathematics and currently work as a postdoctoral researcher at the university. Throughout my academic career, teaching has always been my favorite. I have 14 years of experience: It all started with giving private courses to school kids as an undergrad (6 years) and evolved into teaching at university (8 years) for a vast number of students from various backgrounds. I, therefore, can teach on all levels, from elementary knowledge to very niche topics. I guided many high-school students throughout their International Baccalaureate programmes back in Turkey, and they achieved to get into highly prestigious universities in the UK, Italy, and Switzerland. A few of them turned out to become colleagues, pursuing academic careers. How rewarding! At the higher education level, I taught several calculus (single and multivariable) and linear algebra courses for engineering and natural (biology, physics)/computer/administrative sciences, as well as more theoretical courses for mathematics students, such as set theory, real analysis, linear algebra, and number theory.
