I normally use the “Genki” and “Marugoto” textbooks for beginners, and “Tobira” for intermediate, with a lot of talking and listening in the lessons, using my own teaching slides on TV/online. I believe that learning a language is more than just studying words — it’s about connecting with culture and communication. Through engaging activities - some traditional Japanese games, Origami, calligraphy, etc, cultural insights, and interactive lessons, I aim to help my students gain both fluency and confidence in using Japanese. Available for both online and in-person lessons, I’m passionate about supporting every learner on their unique Japanese language journey. Outside of teaching, I love skiing, tennis, and scuba diving, and I’m a big dog lover.
