My main hobbies are: traveling, spending time with my family (mainly in Portugal) and going to coffee with my friends, cooking, seeing theater plays and walking in parks or at the beach. I have a Bachelor degree in applied foreign languages (LEA) as well as a Master degree in FLE (French as a foreign language). My mother tongue is French but I also speak Portuguese and English fluently. After that I taught in a "VHS '' which is a German language center offering evening classes for adults. Since the health crisis I have been giving French and Portuguese online lessons. At the same time, I became a language trainer at AFB-Línguas'', "Yesnyou" and "Lingoda". Florina teaches us (me and my boyfriend) Spanish twice a week in our house in tenerife for 2 months. Each session lasting two and a half hours. She is an incredible support in learning Spanish with her gentle, humorous manner. Not only does she always come perfectly prepared and is genuinely concerned that we understand everything, but she also highlights cultural aspects of life in the Canary Islands by sharing stories with us and engaging us in conversations. We are super happy with Florina's service and we highly recommend her. It's the small details which make the difference. During our last session with her, we bake some pancakes at home with her to practice the language. What a great idea 😍 Even when she had to go to France for work, she organised Monica as deputy. What a perfect service :)

My introduction lesson with her was very positive. She was clairly spoken and explained very well. Her level of English is outstanding. She was very engaging and the lesson proceeded at a good tempo. She asked questions about me which I had to tell in French (of course! ) and I felt comfortable through the lesson with her. I have learned from the lesson and I'll be looking forward to my next lesson with her.

Sophie is a the third German language teacher I have worked with and she is by far the best. She is very patient with my questions (and lack of vocab :P) and provides feedback and exercises to improve for the following week. I would highly recommend Sophie to anyone interested in learning German :)
