History and Art History for beginners and experts

I offer classes on History, Geography, and Political Science, with over 11 years' of experience in these subjects, both professionally and academically. I hold Bachelor's Degrees in both History and Political Science (from the University of Florida), as well as a Master's in Political Science, specifically European Politics (from KU Leuven). I have extensive experience in a wide range of historical and political subjects and have always had a keen interest in history and the social sciences. Additionally, previously I have been a journalist (dealing with Competition Law) and currently am an editor working on a wide variety of subjects for organizations such as the UNHCR and Goethe Institut, among others. I am capable of teaching and lecturing on numerous historical and political events and periods in history, with myself having specialized in European history, American history, African history, as well as the Medieval period and Antiquity.

I adapt to the profile of each intern or student according to their objective and level. The goal is not to work endless hours, but to show how to be able to work alone or partially independently in a short time. It is always a pleasure for me to be recognized in the street 15 years after classes, and to be thanked for having provided a real service to the person concerned. This activity is a passion of mine that I have been pursuing since I was 16 years old. I hope to be able to share it with you to prepare effectively, by significantly reducing your legitimate apprehension of exams.

You will always need a blank piece of paper and a pencil for class. Some people say that you need fancy materials to make art but that is far from the truth. Using what you have at home is perfect! We will be taking notes each class on techniques and we will also be doing sketches every class. On the first day of class we will start by setting goals for something we want to learn more about in art. I will work with you to gradually get to that place you want. Art is something that you learn just like everything else, putting in the work is part of learning and is needed in the subject of art as well!

Currently a final year Master's student in International Studies, I offer courses in Arabic, French and history-geography. My two mother tongues are Arabic and French, which I teach to different audiences (children, teenagers, adults), in school settings or in private lessons. I also have a degree in history, which allows me to offer solid courses in history and geopolitics, related to my academic field of specialization.
