These Tai chi classes are known for their gentle approach to movement and ability to improve flexibility, balance, breathing, and strength. My focus is to give you a solid foundation and teach you proper techniques. We will base our practice of Tai Chi Chuan on the traditional structure starting with the stances studies, breathing through Qi gong practices, and the movement through the deep study of the Tai chi form #37.
