How to prepare for a media interview? What means should be used to fight his fear of the camera and improve his image? How to present yourself and your project in front of a camera? Targeted content according to your project: Verbal and / or gestural communication; Seduction of the lens and / or microphone; Improvisation in front of a microphone and / or a camera; Voice & gaze; Games of one or two cameras; Chronic; Animation; Reportage; Direct radio & TV; Interview; Narration; Speech in all its forms (...) In short, several objectives: ◾ Confront your shyness in front of the microphone / camera. ◾ Understand his speech and his diction. ◾ Taming the media environment (radio / tv). ◾ Familiarize yourself with your image and voice. ◾ Manage your speaking time. Through exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentations, time management, etc.), role plays, interview simulations and familiarization with one's image and voice, the participants move at their own pace in a flexible educational framework. Note that during the videoconference session, all the notes are transcribed in the chat so that you can access them at any time when you wish. Indeed, speaking is a predominantly physical activity, which, while taking care of its image, is based on a body, a voice, a breath, a rhythm (diction) and an emotion (the imagination and the sensations ) reflecting the speaker's involvement in his speech. Supplemented by basic exercises (diction, voice, presence, breathing, presentation, time management), role plays, improvisations and simulations. With the key word: pronunciation, diction / articulation, the sense of repartee. Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 sessions. ( study 2020). I offer training on all of the following software: • Photoshop: image correction, retouching, editing and processing • Illustrator: proficiency in the software and typography • InDesign: layout design, microtypography, graphic coordination and integration between different software programs; history of the publishing and printing industry • Premiere Pro: video editing, tips and pitfalls to avoid, how to create a harmonious and effective edit, and mastering the software. I adapt easily to schedules and needs. Naturally organized and independent, I am proficient in the digital tools used in education and I create my own teaching materials while guaranteeing high-quality work. Trained as a media technician, I complemented my background with studies in visual communication with a specialization in photography. For more than five years, I have been designing and developing visual content for print as well as digital media. My professional experiences, both in Switzerland and abroad, have led me to work for cultural institutions, companies, and individuals alike. As a graphic designer and photographer, I regularly manage campaigns from start to finish, propose new strategies, and maintain the websites and social media accounts of my clients. I develop relevant visual solutions while remaining attentive to objectives and expectations. Since January 2025, I have been working as a substitute teacher at CPNV, where I teach various multimedia courses. This experience has allowed me to develop strong adaptability skills and an ability to build trust with my students.
