Studying music requires developing various skills and techniques, such as practicing an instrument, understanding harmony, or reading sheet music. The piano is one of the few instruments that allows you to work on these aspects—and many more—all at the same time! My name is Federico, and I am a jazz pianist. With me, you can explore the endless possibilities the piano has to offer, focusing on any topic you wish to delve into and any musical genre that resonates with you. Together, we’ll work on instrument mastery, sheet music reading, chord construction, improvisation, composition, and arrangement. And that’s just the beginning! I’d be thrilled to create a personalized lesson plan tailored to your interests and musical tastes, whether it’s mastering a song you love or refining one of your own original compositions!

Baden Powell and Toquinho are two of the most important guitar legends in the Brazilian music history. Together with Vinicius de Moraes, Tom Jobim, João Gilberto, Edu Lobo, Chico Buarque, João Bosco, Elis Regina, etc. They made the history of Brazilian music. In this short-term lesson, I will focus on the right hand approach of the great Baden Powell and Toquinho. Baden's right hand technique has always been discussed that it was too mysterious. If you go on YouTube to check any Cover version or even Transcription of his tunes, you will never see someone who can reproduce his technique. It's simply because it is very complicated if you don't know the principle. By directly studying from Baden's only student, his son - the great Marcel Powell. I'm approved by Marcel, and would love to share his father approach. Toquinho right hand technique for comping After the death of Vinicius de Moares, Toquinho gradually changed the way of his accompanying into a style which involved an exclusive approach of one finger strumming. It has become almost the only approach he is using nowadays. It is also a very exclusive technique you rarely see other use except Toquinho. *Note that. There are many other ways to play Brazilian music.

After studying for two bachelor's degrees one Master's degree in Composition and a Professional degree in violin, I am currently working as a freelance artist in Den Haag. Being involved in music education since I was 6 years old - starting to study in a conservatory at the age of 8, together with my eight years of practice as a music teacher - has given me enough experience to understand the wishes and needs of a music apprentice. Music is a wonderfully pleasurable form of expression and should be enjoyed with fun and sensitivity. However, discipline -without pressure- can not be forgotten. In my lessons, I try to train the body and brain simultaneously to develop the student's adequate skills to play the instrument and learn the musical language in an efficient and stimulating way. If you are looking to explore the wonderful sound world that the violin can offer you, please, do not hesitate to contact me. I will be glad to help you.

Maybe you’ve loved the sound of the accordion for years but never believed you could play it yourself. Maybe you already own one, but online videos have left you with more questions than answers. Or maybe you’re looking for a patient teacher who will help your child enjoy music and feel proud of their progress. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. You bring curiosity. I’ll bring guidance, encouragement, and a clear plan. Hi, I’m Nikola Spasic, founder of Accordion Joy Academy, an ArtEZ Conservatory graduate, and a two-time winner of the Dutch National Accordion Competition. I teach live, private online lessons that start with you, your experience, your musical taste, your pace, and the time you have available. You don’t need to read music before starting. You don’t need to feel naturally talented. And you don’t need to have begun as a child. We’ll build the skills together, one manageable step at a time. Here’s how I’ll help you move forward. Personal attention in every lesson. Ask questions, get feedback, and understand how to improve. A clear practice plan. Know what to work on between lessons, with manageable goals that fit your routine. Music you actually want to play. Classical, tango, folk, musette, movie themes, and more—adapted to your level. Support you can revisit. Lesson recordings, demonstrations, and sheet music help you practise with confidence. Patient guidance through the tricky parts. We’ll work on the bellows, bass buttons, and coordination without rushing. Encouragement along the way. See your progress, celebrate small successes, and connect with fellow learners in my private accordion community. For children, lessons make room for curiosity, repetition, and small achievements that build confidence. For adults, they offer a structured way to finally make music part of your life. Your first simple song in 30 days, or your money back. We’ll start with a song suited to your level and build towards playing it from beginning to end. If you don’t get there within 30 days, I’ll refund your money. Your first step is a free one-on-one trial lesson, with no obligation to continue. We’ll talk about your goals, try some practical exercises, and discuss lesson options and prices. Don’t have an accordion yet? Contact me first, and I’ll help you understand what to look for. Send me a message saying, “I’d love to learn”, and tell me whether the lessons are for you or your child. Let’s give that wish a place to start.
