Would you like to discover the fascinating world of clarinet? One of my priorities as a musician is the sound. I believe that with a beautiful and personal sound you are able at every level to transmit emotion and meaning, it doesn’t matter the difficulty or the level. So I try to focus first on awareness of what’s beautiful for the student and what’s not. Then through technique and repertoire (suggestions of the student or suggestions of mine that can help to grow the student curiosity), we develop the student knowledge. Always helping the student to understand -depending on his/her the theoretical level- what we are doing, putting together music and theory. And giving tools to expand the border, at all levels. I have knowledge and experience in Jazz, Classical, Klezmer, Choro Music and Improvisation. You just need a precious element! • Music Theory I focus on having a good basics, spending as much as we need to understand every single thing, because then with times it becomes more easy. I try to help the student simplifying the material because then, we only with ourselves with a good procedure of the basics to solve any problem. Only with one lesson, you will understand what I mean. I have experience in preparing students for exams, the ones for the semester as well as any official exam; doesn't matter if you have an intermediate theory level and you want to improve, or if you would like to be stronger solidifying the knowledge you have (which is always the best option), or if you don’t know anything about notes and music concepts and you would like to be familiar with them. Thereby, the instrument becomes a tool to understand what making music really means and will be a way for the student to express his emotions. My approach to the lessons can provide a lot of creativity, fun and originality. How will my lessons look like From the first lesson, the student will start making music. We will begin learning the basic concepts of music, developing listening and rhythmic skills with fun exercises. Lessons will also be focused on learning the basics of music theory, creating a solid technical base and paying special attention to having a relaxed and healthy body posture. My academic and professional experience has helped me create a teaching method where improvisation is an essential tool for the student. The cellist life is filled with community, friendship, history Not only the skill to play but the interest to do so through the whole life. Thank you infinitely and definitely recommend Edi! He is an amasing teacher, a marvellously fine musician and a great violinist and violist. During the lesson everything is explained, shown, refined! How much mental strength is invested with love into the lessons! There is no doubt that the violin/viola is Edi’s passion, and not just a profession, and this is passed on to and inspires me. I am glad that I found him as a viola teacher. I admire Edi’s talent, ability to formulate educational material, the learning process itself and the ability to create a wonderfully warm atmosphere during the lessons and in his follow-up emails. In addition to Edi’s pedagogical qualities, he is also a very pleasant, positive and interesting person with wonderfully diverse intellectual interests. Edi is a wonderful violin/viola teacher, a very fine musician, and a charming person! A talented, kind, sympathetic man in love with music!

I'm really glad that I can take bass lessons from Christophe, as a professional bass player, he has really good skills and can adapt easily according to students' levels and preferences. Also, he is really responsible, and he sent the course notes to me very promptly after each lesson, which helped me to memorize better. For questions that I may have about bass, he is also quite responsive, through which I've learnt a lot. Rosa is patient, engaging, and kind, with a wonderful enthusiasm for teaching. She really listens to you what you want to achieve, and builds the classes in a way that encourages and supports your goals. Rosa really helped me to focus and improve my technique, but also made me feel proud of my progress and far more empowered on the instrument. Needless to say, I really enjoyed my classes with Rosa and would happily recommend her to anybody!
