About Me

My name is Jeewon and I'm a concert violinist living in Aachen playing solos, recitals, & chamber music on international stages. I finished my Artist in Residence position at the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth.
I had lots of experience teaching in all kinds of levels(begginer-advanced) and I am very excited to share my knowledge to fellow musicians and help them express their talents.

Dear music enthusiasts or those who want to be,
I would like to briefly introduce myself and offer my knowledge in the field of music.
Music has been a part of my life since I was 8 years old. For 10 years I have been gaining experience as an orchestral musician in various locations, for example: Bochumer Symphoniker, Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, Cologne Symphony Orchestra.
From 2019 I will be a permanent member of the classical orchestra and will also be a lecturer in the music school at Aachen Cathedral.
My students develop into participants and also award winners of various competitions such as: Jugend musiziert and the Carl Bechstein competition for children and young people.

I love playing the piano and I love teaching. I made both my full-time job and have been teaching piano for around ten years. No matter what age you are, I will pick you up from where you are with my tailor-made lessons.

Over the years my student body has grown so much that I opened a piano school last month. In two very modern rooms with professional studio equipment and four pianos there is a lot of space and space for your creativity! We can immortalize your completed songs with a (video) recording or, if you wish, professionally sing something.

In addition to individual lessons, I also offer workshop lessons. Each participant has their own piano at their disposal and can work on their own materials / songs at their own pace while I walk around with headphones and pass on my help / tips from student to student.
