About Me
I am born to be a teacher--and specifically a teacher of movement! I have over 25 years experience working with students of all ages in a both in a traditional classroom as well as in a fitness and wellness setting. I am originally from California, but have just moved to Aix after two years in Chengdu, China. I'm excited to learn the language of my new home and embrace all of the lovely nuances of the French culture.
