Private teacher of French and Spanish for more than two years.
Individual and individual help to students. My main goal is for the student to learn but have fun at the same time.

This class is for children or adults who wish to learn my magnificent language in Spanish with a native teacher or who wish to learn French since I was a student during all my schooling in a French school.
Do not worry if your child is very young, I have a lot of patience and I have already worked with young children.

I tutor high school and primary school students. I have more than 10 years of experience in tutoring students of all different levels, grades and subjects. Lessons can take place online, at my home or at the student's home.

I had the opportunity to teach these subjects to bachelor students for a year, so I have some experience in teaching at a university level. I have also given French lessons to a little German boy who lived in my neighbourhood, from his primary to middle school years. I believe I have sufficient experience experince in teaching French at different levels and would love to conitnue giving private lessons. In order to make the lessons more original and dynamic, I could also include art historical references to the classes. I am enthusiastic, patient and professional. My aim is to build a trusting relationship with the students, which I believe will help them succeed.

In my classes you get to learn and master your french through interactive activities including quizzes, discussions and analysis of texts, songs, and video content. You'll get to improve your french by engaging in discussion with me about themes that relate to the culture of french speaking countries, and also themes you might want to suggest. The aim is to get you to speak french at a conversational level so you can make your way through your holidays in french speaking countries, or with your french speaking friends or colleagues.

In my class, I offer my students a French course with a real French speaker. I also happen to study French teaching at the Hogeschool Utrecht and used to teach to my classmates back in High School. In my class, the students choose wether he/she/they wants to talk (E.G basic conversation to improve their understanding of the frenchspeaking ), study (E.G course+homework+test) or if they just want to have fun while studying (E.G playing french games or watching, listening to french music/films).

As a French studying French teaching, I can assure you that you or your kids will be improving in French no matter what.

French is of course a beautiful, lilting language. Who doesn't want to learn it? I'd be happy to help you with that. In our minds we are already going on a trip to France and practice the situations you will encounter there. Depending on your goals and your level, we can go in all directions. Do you finally want to be able to have a conversation with the locals during the holidays? Then we work on that.
Do you have a house in France and you want to be able to talk to all handymen, then we will get to work.
And if you do a lot of business with French-speaking countries, we will choose a business French method and practice with the situations in which you need the language.

Because French is such a lilting language and the pronunciation is sometimes difficult, I like to work with chansons. By singing along you learn the pronunciation naturally and the lyrics of the songs can be the basis for a grammatical topic or a social topic to talk about. I am also working on a course based on the chanson. I'd be happy to tell you more about this.

As a Native French speaker and student in Linguistics I use different approaches and methods to make learning French enjoyable and efficient. We work on pronunciation together, first working on spoken text: getting acquainted with the French sounds and accent and working on how to make sure it sounds French even to a native French! When that's working well, we apply it to the singing.
If you want to practice on your own, I can record the text for you.
I can also help with you with the translation of a piece or questions you may have about a certain word, a saying or the subtext of a piece.
