I am 34 years old.
I am very patient and calm.
I have taught children with autism and ADHD.
I use different method according to the interest of the students. I combine different method.
Together with classical I also teach some basic music theory and composing.
I believe along with any method it's important that the student enjoys the lessons.
I combine classical with some pop music for example. And also teach basic music composing for children who are learning to read music to help them play what they have written and help them learning the notes.
Along with piano I also still play classical guitar ,bassoon, alto recorder and soprano recorder.

Nowadays a good command of English is useful and often even necessary. We come in contact with the language almost everywhere, in school, on television, the internet, in conversations.

As a native German speaker I once had to learn the language as well and I know how challenging it can be. I already majored in English at school. After school, I went to a language school in the United States in order to prepare for the TOEFL language certificate. Thereafter I started a bachelor program which was held entirely in English. During my studies I learnt a lot about academic writing practices.
Often, the lessons in school focus on grammar and vocabulary failing to to convey a basic understanding of the language. Conversation and writing fall short as well.

I am offering lessons for children and teenagers. My goal is to support their learning experience in an engaging way. We will discuss what you need and how I can help you. Be it a basic introduction, grammar or conversational training. I also offer proofreading.

-I tutor kids between 6 and 12 with patience, explaining carefully all they do not understand by giving them proper examples and helping them practice a lot.
-The kid will have a homework, that i will check during the following week and explain them if is necessary, what they did wrong in the next session
-After every chapter they will learn, I will give the a test to verify all the information they gained, and if it is needed to study more certain modules.
-The point of the test is helping the kid to get used with the environment of a class test and helping them not to have emotions before an exam.

Since there is no single best method for everyone, I base my approach depending on the student and their goals. Generally, with younger children I use the direct method, only using English and with an audio-lingual approach, so that they get used to the language before seeing it in written form. This kind of teaching in often done through games.
With young adults, who usually have a good base of the language, I do more grammar and vocabulary exercises, as well as practicing conversation and writing skills.
If a student needs to take an English proficiency test (such as IELTS or TOEFL) or wishes to improve their writing skills, there will be a greater focus on grammar, vocabulary and sentence structure.
