About Me

Hey! I am vita and still a music student myself. Since I was 6 years old I have played music all my life and this is what I do every day! Violin is a very difficult instrument and that is why I recommend taking private lessons at least 1 hour a week. This is how you progress the fastest. The first thing we will do is check your base and make it perfect! Without a good foundation you can't do anything. We will learn all positions and depending on your level we will choose pieces! If you start from scratch, the beginning will not always be fun and easy, but a good foundation is necessary, after which you will progress very quickly!

Education

Classical violin. In this course I was given 2 hours (violin) as the main instrument, while I took 1 hour of private lessons outside of school. Here you also received 2 hours of chamber music, 1 hour of 2nd instrument, 5 hours of solfège, 2 hours of music theory and other art subjects such as art appreciation, music theory, etc.

Jazz piano, violin
In this course you will receive 2 hours of main instrument, 1 hour of 2nd instrument, 4 hours of combo (combination), 5 hours of solfège, 2 hours of music theory, 1 hour of arrangement, as well as other art subjects such as art appreciation, etc.

First, let's remember what we're talking about. Music is and always has been inherent in all human societies. It has many roles and is a very powerful language. It's a universe in itself...

Music, and the violin in particular, brings me enormous joy every day. In fact, joy is, in my opinion, the greatest source of motivation given to us on earth. So, quite logically, I place it at the heart of my lessons.

It would be an illusion to pretend that learning to play the violin is a simple matter! So I accept the challenge, often neglected, to do everything I can to convey my enjoyment of playing the violin. By the way, as I just wrote, in French you don't say "travailler le violon", you say "jouer du violon". So even though the road is hard, I will do everything I can to make it fun.

My lessons are adapted to all levels, ages and profiles.

Together with each student, I strive to find the most suitable tests, so that everyone learns as effectively as possible and, above all, with pleasure!

After completing my Bachelor's degree in violin at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, I did a year of Erasmus at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, in Germany. From September, I will start my Master at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen.
