I offer tutoring services for all levels and ages, including up to the Master's level. I provide various types of classes:
- Regular classes to maintain and improve a certain level of proficiency.
- Intensive classes spanning several days or weeks, designed to prepare for exams or complete projects.
- Classes to assist with the transition to higher education (e.g., university).

My primary goal is to guide students by offering theoretical lessons and practical exercises. I believe in emphasizing concrete examples, as mathematics can be perceived as too abstract and theory-focused for many.

Additionally, I can assist Ph.D./Master's students who require data analysis for their theses.

I offer support in various mathematical domains, including algebra, analysis, statistics, algorithms, logic, and more. Please feel free to contact me for further details.

Engineer specialized in quantitative finance for 3 years, I have a solid mathematical background (M2). I want to share the love I have for this subject with students in difficulty (beginner or advanced level, college or university ...) and thus help them overcome their difficulties with a pragmatic approach: simplification of the course, practical exercises and help with homework.

Dear student

I am a young, motivated, and enthusiastic mathematics, computer science, and study methods teacher.

Students may not always be able to follow along well in certain lessons because sometimes things go fast, and sometimes just need a little more time to understand certain things. Understanding the subject matter is very important. I therefore offer tailor-made extra lessons for every student! Every student is different and learns differently. Because of the teacher training that I have followed and the years of experience in giving tutoring, I know a lot of (online) tools with which students can store things efficiently and better in memory. The student will realize that learning in this way is also much more fun!

Courses in which I give extra lessons:
- Math
- Computer science (Excel, Word, Access, Programming ...)
- Study methods

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. :)

The courses of Mathematics - Analysis - Matrices - Statistics - Algebra - Geometry - Physics - Mechanics - Electricity - Chemistry - Organic Chemistry - Biology, and Geology of secondary or university levels (French, Belgian, European, or international programs) are given by explanations either in-depth either by a quick course and summary of essential need depending on the case of each student supported by exercises from the book or assessments and exams from other high schools.
My experience is too long and for years I have learned methods for each case and for each student to fill in their gaps with the best results of Excellent, Very Good, and Good.
I can also help students to better prepare for courses and support them to better prepare for the duties of CNED in science subjects.

I am studying Mathematics at the University of Cambridge (graduated my bachelor's degree with highest distinction in June 2023, I will start my master's in October 2023) and systematically obtained >90% in mathematics and physics.

My math teacher wrote about me in her recommendation letter for the University of Cambridge: “And very important as well, he is a good communicator and apt to share his knowledge. Whenever we do teamwork, a quiz or a game in the classroom, everyone wants to be in the same group as Zephyr. ”

I have 4 younger brothers who regularly ask me for help when they are stuck with their school work. By helping them with this I learned how to explain subject matter. In 2019 I started paying tutoring. In the meantime I have already tutored dozens of students, for secondary school material, and preparation for entrance exams for universities.

It is important for me to discuss with you, parents and student at the end of the first lesson whether what you expect will be feasible. This way I can be sure that you will be satisfied with the lessons.

My goal is to update the student as quickly as possible in any area where there is a backlog, so that the student is not even more behind.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

As a young graduate from Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology I am affiliate with all engineering sciences and mathematics. At this university, I have been a mentor and tutor for all freshmen in their first year, assisting with all the necessary basics for a promising academic career. As such, I would like to offer my extensive experience in both the study and as a mentor for anyone from elementary school to higher-levels of education in terms of the class material, study guidance and proofreading of scientific reports. We will work together to find a method that suits you.

I am an experienced and certified mathematics tutor specializing in a range of curriculums, including AS and A-Levels, IGCSE, GCSE, SATs, Edexcel, and the International Baccalaureate (IB). With a proven track record of guiding students to success in these rigorous exams, I understand the unique challenges each curriculum presents. My approach is designed to meet each student's individual needs and learning style, ensuring that they receive the tailored support necessary to excel.

Mathematics can often seem daunting, but my goal is to help students build a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. I believe that a solid foundation in the basics is crucial, and I work to ensure that students grasp fundamental principles before moving on to more complex topics. This method not only boosts their confidence but also prepares them for advanced problem-solving scenarios. I utilize a variety of teaching methods, from visual aids to interactive exercises, to cater to different learning styles and make the subject more relatable.

In my sessions, I focus on developing effective problem-solving strategies. I guide students through step-by-step processes for tackling various types of mathematical problems, helping them to analyze questions critically and approach solutions systematically. This analytical skill is invaluable, not just for exams, but for future academic pursuits and real-world applications. I encourage students to ask questions and engage in discussions, as this fosters a deeper understanding of the material.

I also recognize that exam preparation involves more than just understanding the content; it requires familiarity with the exam format and types of questions they will encounter. I provide targeted practice using past papers and mock exams, which allows students to hone their test-taking skills and time management. This practice is essential for building the resilience and confidence needed to perform well under exam conditions.

Whether you're looking for support with fundamental concepts or advanced topics, I am here to provide clear explanations and structured guidance. My lessons are designed to be engaging and interactive, ensuring that students remain motivated and focused. I believe that learning should be a positive experience, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable expressing their concerns and challenges.

Throughout my tutoring career, I have seen firsthand the transformative impact of personalized education. Many of my students have achieved outstanding results, including high grades and scholarships, thanks to the tailored support I provide. I take immense pride in their accomplishments, and my dedication to their success is unwavering.

In addition to my expertise in mathematics, I emphasize the importance of a growth mindset. I encourage students to view challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. This perspective not only helps them in their studies but also equips them with resilience that will serve them well in all areas of life.

If you're looking for expert tutoring that delivers outstanding results, I invite you to book a lesson today. Together, we can embark on a journey toward academic excellence in mathematics. Are you looking for math tutoring for yourself or for your child/student, from primary school to all levels of secondary education? Then I can help you. I am patient and do more than just help with homework. First we examine together whether the problem is general or there are just a few specific questions.

For some specific questions, we can probably solve the problems with some extra lessons, for example in the run-up to exams or a big test to cross the i's and cross the t's.

For larger problems such as study method problems, we will have to opt for more structural tutoring in consultation with the parents/student (can be once a week/2 weeks/month, for example). I don't have a magic wand, but if the child is motivated, we can really achieve a lot.

Online tutoring is possible, but I prefer more traditional methods: I sit next to the student and we work with pen and paper, with or without the parent nearby (some young people feel calmer if the parent stays nearby, others find it which is embarrassing; I'm also a stranger to the parent, so I understand if you want to stay close). I prefer as little screen time as possible, I can show examples on the computer, for example we can make graphs and calculations in wolfram alpha or I can provide geometric animations in geogebra.

I studied mathematics and teacher training at KULeuven.
I have hundreds of hours of experience in tutoring.
I participated in the summer course for incoming secondary education students who want to test whether their mathematics level is up to standard to start a mathematics or engineering course at university.
