This class - we will discover and enjoy Bollywood!
No prior experience required. For teenagers and adults - all genders. Everyone is welcome. :)

We will start the class with the warm-up, then I will teach Bollywood basics for 5-10 minutes (these steps can be used for any Bolly dances you do!). Then you will learn and we will dance to a Bollywood song, give a final performance, and finish with stretching and a smile :)

Noticed:
The class lasts one hour and is generally done barefoot.
Wear comfortable clothes. No dress code.

About Me

I teach outside mainly by the seine in 6th arrondissement. I’ll have equipment with me and you’re welcome to use my spare gloves etc until you know you’re in love, and then I can help you get your own if you want.

We do lots of cardio to build endurance, to help you learn how to use your feet and condition your legs for all the movement they will be doing.

If you’ve never boxed before it’s no problem. We have fun, you learn something new, and by the time the hour is over - you’ve have had a big workout as well!

For those more advanced with their boxing we’ll cover the more technical aspects together.

If you’re interested in general fitness. Prenatal / Postnatal, cardio, musculation - we can cover these with boxing or focus more specifically.
