From 27.62 £ /h
As a reading tutor for young children, I turn learning into a joyful adventure! Using games, songs, stories, and lots of encouragement, I help little learners build key reading skills like phonics, sight words, and comprehension. My sessions are filled with creativity and laughter, designed to spark a love of reading while gently guiding each child at their own pace. Whether we're sounding out silly words or diving into a storybook world, my goal is to make reading fun, confidence-boosting, and magical. I have experience with being a reading tutor at University of Miami, and would love to continue my knowledge into helping your kids!

About Me
Hi! My name is Maryelle. I’m a Childhood Education major who’s all about making learning exciting, creative, and joyful for kids. Every semester, you’ll find me in elementary classrooms, gaining real experience and helping students grow—whether it’s during lessons, small groups, or one-on-one moments. I’ve also done math and reading tutoring, turning tricky subjects into “aha!” moments, and I’ve been a nanny since I was 13, so working with kids feels like second nature to me. I truly love being around children—seeing the world through their eyes, helping them discover new things, and making learning feel like play. My goal is to be the kind of educator who makes kids look forward to school every day!
