    AS A TEACHER
    I am a fun, enthusiastic teacher who likes to teach by interacting with the student, getting them to use the English language as much as possible.

    Teaching in Brussels comes easy to me as I grew up here so I speak fluent french so I can help you if you can't fully express yourself in English. It can be hard and frustrating sometimes but I'm very patient and love seeing the student motivated to try and do the best they can.

    I enjoy seeing my students progress as it makes me happy to see that the work achieved was productive and it also makes me feel good to know that I've done a good job. I find the approach that I was taught to be very effective because it builds confidence in the student to know that he can express himself freely when we have a lesson. Knowing that the time spent will be a two way interaction definitely makes a lesson more enjoyable for both the student and myself.


    AS A COACH
    My experience as a coach began when I was an account manager in an advertising firm and I was encouraged to learn as much as I could about psychology and self help in order to best understand the needs of my clients so that I could serve them to the best of my abilities. This led me to understand how to identify people's needs and wants rapidly and to provide them with a good solution that solved their problems.

    After Advertising I went into coaching and realised that once we achieve our work goals the real problems always stem with ourselves and our health. Work ads stress but if we haven't got our health in order it can make our work even more stressful. It leads to a terrible cycle which won't improve unless it is identified and dealt with.

    Coming from a family of overweight and diabetic family members I've been passionate about health, fitness and nutrition from a young age because I didn't want to end sick. I have over a decade of health and fitness experience and have been successful in changing people's health around, from eighteen year olds to sixty year olds and that is only because I help my clients clearly identify what they want and how to get it.

    My clients always hold the answers, I just help them find them and discover how to follow through in taking action. This is where psychology and self help comes in as I use the tools that I have gathered over the years to achieve success in a fun and enjoyable way.

    The best thing I can say about my coaching session si that they're fun and informative because I only wish to give you the best possible information to reach your goals effectively.
