About Me

Hi my name is Beth, I am 20 years old with a passion for art. I took Art and Design as well as Fine Art in college which left me with 4 qualifications. It has always been a goal of mine to help others express themselves artistically.

Education

I have an education in GCSE English, Maths, Arts and Sciences and four college degrees in a variety of arts (Art and Design and Fine Art) which I am hoping to teach.

Painting is one of the greatest ways you can express yourself. By experimenting with colours, shapes, perspectives and motives, you can expand the limits of your thinking and imagination. It is all about the process of playing with colours and materials.

To help develop your current skills, my classes are designed individually for beginners and intermediates. If you are a beginner, you can expect to learn how to paint with different materials (e.g. watercolours, gouache, acrylics, pastels, oil paints) and to discover various painting techniques. The goal is to build confidence in your painting, allowing you to find the best way to express your ideas and develop your creativity.

For intermediate students, my lessons will serve as a space for further exploration of your own artistic voice using different painting mediums. I will help you challenge the way you approach the world around you to draw inspiration for your art. I hope you will enjoy the creative process of discovering yourself as a potential artist, whether you are a beginner or an intermediate painter.
