Of course!. The disciplines are LEARNED, no prior knowledge or innate gifts are necessary. What is the modality of the classes? The classes are individual and personalized (depending on the discipline, at most they can be done in duos). They last 1 hour for adults and between 40 and 50 for small children. At least weekly frequency is recommended to have continuity and achieve progress.
