Digital Photography for Beginners and Camera Operation Basics

Regardless of what level you are, Contemporary Dance can help you feel connected to your own body at a deeper level, learning how to be kind to yourself. Naturally, it will allow you to have more control over your body, and soon enough you will learn to enjoy the music, environment, and even silence, somatically. Private/Semi-private classes are to be customized to your needs and levels. Some of the things I can offer is - basic ballet and contemporary technique - choreography and coaching for recitals and/or competition - grounded movements including a lot of floorwork - improvisation I come from a strong performing background in contemporary dance and improvisation. It can be at home, or we can find a studio space!

Photoshop is the basic and most common professional tool for many directions in graphic design, so it is simply necessary for all beginners to study. Perhaps, at first glance, the program interface may seem complicated and incomprehensible, but in fact it is not so and after training anyone can quickly navigate in Photoshop. I offer you an individual Photoshop study course for each student for any need. It doesn’t matter if you know the basics or not: I’ll explain to you everything that you don’t know depending on what you want to use Photoshop for. You can choose the direction, for example, for processing photos, drawing or editing and adding various fonts and text. We can start with a baseline or go straight to more advanced features. In addition to the main ones, we will touch upon such topics as 3D in Photoshop, render, scripts, automation and export. I can teach you in German, English, Russian or Ukrainian. In this class you will learn basic to intermediate 3D modeling skills in Blender or basic to intermediate skills in Plasticity 3D. Blender is a free software used by professionals in all fields of 3D. Be it film, games, movies or just hobbies, like 3D printing, Blender is great! In my Blender course the student will be using the basic version of Blender 4.2 with some extensions. If a paid extension is needed, it will be provided free of charge via Dropbox. Plasticity is a easy to learn CAD like software, geared towards artists. Although not currently adopted by the industry, Plasticity has a bright and promising future and currently is great for hard surface modeling, for things like weapons and vehicles. (plasticity is a paid software and is optional if desired) Students will begin their first lesson by downloading and preparing the software they choose for tutoring. In the second lesson and onward, students will be guided at a customized pace through the process of making their very own assets. This course will build confidence and allow the student to build skills in 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing and animation. As an optional bonus the student may also choose to learn 3D printing.

This class is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to draw — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills. We’ll start from the fundamentals: shapes, proportions, shading, and perspective. Then, we’ll explore more advanced topics like anatomy, character design, composition, and personal expression. You’ll get personalized guidance and hands-on practice through fun and creative exercises. The goal is to help you build confidence and develop your unique drawing style, whether you’re drawing traditionally or digitally.

Everyone learns differently. That's why I teach the way you want. You decide what you want to learn and how, including when your lesson takes place and how long it lasts. I teach art history to anyone who wants to, regardless of age or level, online or at my home in Velp. You can learn about, among other things, the visual arts, music and literature from prehistory to the present. You can work towards an exam/test/training or just learn out of interest. Whether it concerns Michelangelo's David or the graffiti on the walls of Dubai, I'll be happy to tell you about it. Anything is possible. I am trained as a musician/writer and am a second-degree teacher. I have over 10 years of experience in education and have been teaching art history, music history, creative writing and other subjects at the senior level of a small secondary school for a number of years, where I am also a team member. I write teaching materials that are used at various schools in secondary and higher education. I have a lot of experience with innovative education and one-on-one teaching. Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don’t always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it. But also be mindful that as we grow our interests can change and as they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) Have questions? The best part about art is that it is subjective! If you have prior experience that you’d like to share or you’re looking to gain skill, I offer a fun and supportive environment with various mediums. With handmade projects and interactive lessons, I teach fundamental art which is easy on the eyes. I am state certified gifted in Visual Arts in the state of Ohio, but my focus has always been on illustration for children’s novels or creating works of peace and ease. In our Modern Era technology has become a pillar in our society. Art has adapted to this pillar and many of us don't know where to start. In this class you will learn the Basic in drawing digitally, how to adapt your current drawings skills into digital media. We will also go over color theory , apply design into your digital illustration, and what brushes are best suited to your art style. Photoshop is a useful program that can be intimidating to approach, but it is a very useful tool for everyone, especially photographers. This course teaches how to edit a RAW photograph file in Camera RAW, an extension of Photoshop, and how to edit further in Photoshop using layers.
