Welcome to BOXING 4 FITNESS, My primary objective is to offer a fun and highly effective boxing workout regime designed to improve your confidence, cardio, strength, speed, coordination and cognitive ability . I will make you stronger faster and smarter, you will stand taller with more confidence empowered with the knowledge and skills that most of the world does not have. My service is personalized and discrete where the trainer comes to you!

About Me
My name is Cabe. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent many years heavily involved in sports. It feels like a natural stepping stone to pass on knowledge to others in order to improve their life.
Since I was a young boy, I have been in and out of martial arts, Muay Thai kickboxing, and Australian Football until I went to my first Boxing gym at age 17. From that day on I have been addicted to boxing. My confidence skyrocketed and I felt better and better about myself simply by learning boxing. Later on, I joined the Australian Army for almost 5 years. In the Military I have led many group fitness sessions with some of the hardest and fittest people you will ever meet. Whilst in the Military I was actively competing as an amateur boxer and training with Olympic boxers at the Australian Institute of Sport and with professional fighters. I have won a state boxing title and competed at the Australian boxing titles. Furthermore, I have coached at several gyms as a Boxing and fitness Instructor.
My clients are my world, you could say I am an extrovert who loves to teach and listen. I have gone through several of my own weight loss journeys, typical due to injuries pushing myself to hard, eventually the mind becomes stronger than the body. I know what it’s like to gain weight and lose it due to putting life, family or studies first, after finishing a business degree I had gained 10kg, I understand what it is to be chained to the desk in front of a computer.
As a trainer I will push you out of your comfort zone, this is what it takes to create effective change in the body, getting stronger, fitter and healthier can be hard, it can be uncomfortable at times and you will sweat a lot, but you will feel amazing afterward with the endorphins rushing through your veins, this is the reality of getting fit for life. My value proposition is to train you in a realistic safe manner whilst having fun and learning new skills, these boxing skills can be used in many aspects of your life. I set achievable SMART goals for my clients based on research, data, and information obtained by asking the right questions from the client. I train you how you need to be trained not how I like to train which is a common personal trainer mistake. The most important thing is to create fitness habits that are enjoyable and sustainable over the long term.
