About Me

Hi there, I am Harleen from India. I am a 23 year old who loves teaching and would be delighted to be a part of your learning process. My lessons are really fun and interactive which makes your learning experience very enjoyable. My teaching style is dynamic and adaptable, driven by a passion for language and culture as I consider myself a language enthusiast. I speak 5 languages and am fluent in English and Spanish. With a strong background in linguistics and over two years of teaching experience while living abroad in Spain, I create personalized and engaging lessons. I prioritize understanding language structures and focus on results, all while instilling a love for learning.

The best way to learn a language is to practice it, listen to it and read it! This is why, as far as possible, the lessons will be given IN English, in order to train both your ear and to push you to answer/think in English.

A large part of the learning will go through the oral practice of the language: you will be invited to express yourself on various subjects that interest you.

Depending on your interests, we can practice English through different activities: cooking, music, cinema, etc.

I am a creative, patient and adaptive primary teacher with 8 years of experience. I began teaching as a university student, volunteering in a local primary school, and fell in love with helping students feel passionate and engaged in their learning. I began my teacher training in 2017 with the Teach First programme, teaching near London.
