My name is Thiviya, and I am a multilingual tutor passionate about helping learners achieve confidence and fluency in languages.

I grew up in Brussels and am a native speaker of both French and English. I also speak Dutch, German, and Tamil, which allows me to adapt easily to students from different linguistic backgrounds.

I studied at Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and later continued working within two European institutions. This multicultural and academic experience has given me an excellent understanding of how people learn languages and how to adapt lessons to different needs.

I organise English and German lessons for children and teenagers and separately adult English group lessons (beginners to advanced). For children and teenagers, interactive activities are used as a way to motivate them, help them remember what they have learned in class and make sure they will be able to apply their language skills in real life context.
For the adults lessons, depending on what the students are willing to learn, we can have discussions based on the news, some grammar, writing...
