About Me

My name is Leandro, I’m a 24-year-old jazz drummer from Italy. I graduated from the conservatory with a degree in Jazz Drums and I’m currently working as a teaching intern at the LUCA School of Arts (Conservatory of Leuven) in Belgium.
I started playing drums at a young age, drawn to rhythm and the expressive power of music. Teaching allows me to share my passion, help others grow musically, and guide students of all levels to develop their own musical identity.

I am Thijs (30) an experienced drummer and musician, with a wide range of musical interests. Studying jazz drums under the wings of Lander Gyselinck at the KASK/Conservatory in Ghent. In addition, I have followed masterclasses and lessons from/with Joey Baron (US), Kendrick Scott (US), Corey Fonville (US) and Stéphane Galland (BE). I am also active in various bands/groups.

My lessons, depending on the level, focus on both the fundamental building blocks of drumming and music as a whole.
