I like using different techniques to make my clients work out while having fun:
Boxercising, functional training, strength and conditioning, calisthenics are all on the menu.

I adapt the training sessions to your individual needs: The specific exercises will be designed to fit your present condition, pace and personal goals which will be discussed during the first session.

I can give training in English; Dutch and French.

Coach has spent most of his years doing athletics, gymnastics, many martial arts and functional fitness training.
Constantly looking to test my limits and setting new goals.
Education
Studied sports at the Horeca & Sport Instituut Wemmel. The sports I perfected were athletics and gymnastics. Have spent 4 years being trained by Boxing coach Hannes Deboosere before teaching boxing myself.

How is it going?

During our first interview, you will tell me about your history and your goals. If you wish, we can define your goals together. We can then agree on a first session during which we will make a simple assessment of your different physical qualities.

Thanks to this different information, I will build a tailor-made training program, which will allow you to reach your goal in a progressive and adapted way, avoiding any risk of injury.

We will then agree on the best times to suit your schedule. The sessions can take place in Brussels at home, in the gym, or outside (weather permitting).

My experience in several types of sports such as boxing, yoga, Crossfit (or Functional Training), weightlifting, fitness and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) gave me the opportunity to fully explore and to push my physical and mental limits, and I want to use this experience for the benefit of my clients.

For me, sport values the importance of balance in life: the body (Body) and the mind (Mind) work together and should be seen as a whole. Bodymind.
