What is yin yoga exactly ?

It also targets internal organs, helps to their functionning, alowing the metabolism to be more functioning.

About Me
After several years of daily practice in Canada, I wanted to extend my theoretical knowledge of yoga. Two months in India and getting my Yoga Teacher Certificate have given me a better understanding of my body and how it works. I came back to Europe with the desire to create yoga classes that are similar to me but are also close to students so that there is an exchange and sharing with them. Personalized courses are for me a way to be closer to my role as a teacher and more to listen to the student.

I took inspiration from the anatomy lessons of my teachers in India and Canada to create fluid, tonic and complementary Asanas, my aim being to guide a progressive, captivating and controlled practice.
