I've been teaching English since 2005, working individually with adults, teenagers and children who have different goals, strengths and difficulties.

Some of my students need English for their careers. They want to speak more confidently in meetings, prepare for interviews, give presentations or communicate more naturally with international colleagues. Others are preparing for Cambridge exams (B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency) or IELTS Academic and General Training.

I don't follow the same lesson plan with everyone. Some students speak fluently but have gaps in their grammar. Others know the rules very well but struggle to find the right words when speaking. I take the time to identify what each student needs and work from there.

I hold a Cambridge CELTA (Grade B) and have over 20 years of teaching experience. One of my recent students achieved 205/210 in the Cambridge C1 Advanced exam.

My lessons are individual, usually lasting 60 or 90 minutes. We can focus on speaking, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, exam preparation or a combination of these, depending on your goals.

About Me

I've been teaching English since 2005, and one of the things I enjoy most about my work is getting to know how different people learn.

Over the years, I've worked with children, teenagers and adults, from beginners to advanced learners. No two students are quite the same. Some need encouragement to start speaking, while others are already confident communicators but need help improving their accuracy or expanding their vocabulary.

I'm patient, but I'm also attentive to details. I notice recurring mistakes, identify areas that need more work and adapt my approach as students progress. I believe it's important for students to understand what they're learning and why, rather than simply complete exercises.

I also know that confidence takes time to develop. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again.

I value the relationships I build with my students, particularly those I've worked with for years. Seeing them become more independent and comfortable using English is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for me.
